Who we are

Engineers by trade, Roberto and Kiernan first met as co-workers. Almost immediately a friendship was formed over a mutual love for all things culinary, and a hair-brained need to chase the thrill of wacky outdoor adventures. Soon after they began cooking together, whether it was smoking meats in the middle of triple digit Arizona weather, or fermenting whatever they could get their hands on, they were always pushing the boundaries of the home cook.

The boys even got the crazy idea to enter the International Chili Society’s World Championship qualifying series (spoiler alert… there aren’t any plans for chili catering services any time soon). Through this experience Kiernan and Roberto discovered an enjoyment and appreciation for food service, and haven’t looked back. With this new found passion and vision but no product solidified, the boys started brainstorming ideas.

As fate would have it, Kiernan spent most of his college years working part-time at a pizzeria. With that, the concept of Skeleton Pizza was born! Once the idea crystallized the fellas knew what they had to do. Putting their engineering mindsets to use, they started working tirelessly to perfect their recipes, embracing the techniques employed by the greatest pizzaiolos around the world.

Equipped with passion for the pizza-making craft, and a commitment to delivering products of the highest quality using the best ingredients, the boys are ready to help elevate your next event!
